Maggie Crifasi is the On-Trade Expansion Manager at Sense, Spain’s first alcohol-free bottle shop and a driving force in the country’s zero-proof movement. With over 15 years in hospitality, Maggie has worked behind some of the best cocktail bars and speakeasies in both the U.S. and Barcelona, where she honed her craft in creating exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences. She’s passionate about helping bars, restaurants, and hotels reimagine what mindful drinking can be.
At the Awards, she’s especially looking forward to tasting bold aperitifs, complex alcohol-free wines and wine alternatives - categories that are pushing flavour boundaries and creativity.
When she’s not exploring new drinks, Maggie is not one to sit in an armchair with the crossword - she's usually rock climbing, longboarding, or backpacking through the mountains with her partner and two dogs. 'Always chasing a little adventure,' as she puts it.
