All data will be held on databases operated and maintained by the World Alcohol-Free Awards. Data will be used to maintain business records, send Entrants updates and inform them of results. The organisers will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of this Data.

If you request to be added to our marketing or subscription database, we will collect and store your professional information – name, address, job title, company name, phone number and email address.

Who do we share your data with?

We will only disclose your details to a third party if we are legally obliged to do so (for instance by HM Customs & Revenue), or if there is a legitimate business interest to do so. For instance, if competition winners are being included on a stand in a trade exhibition, and logistics companies need to contact you for stock.
