Formerly managing editor of Imbibe UK Millie has gone on to become a well-established, award-winning drinks writer. She pens articles for multiple publications and websites in the UK and around the world including The Spirits Business, Whisky Magazine and Club Oenologique and writes regularly on alcohol-free products as well as judging multiple drinks and cocktail competitions featuring non-alc products.

Perhaps because she grew up in the Far East (Sarawak, Borneo) Millie is particularly excited by the tea category of zero-ABV. ‘The delicate flavours and the quality of the teas used – and their origins – are allowed to shine in this space,’ she says. ‘I can’t wait to see what more can be done in this small part of this growing category.’
