Having worked in public health, Tom founded Wise Bartender in 2017 to improve the availability of alcohol-free drinks for anyone who wanted alternatives - whether they were giving up alcohol or just cutting back.  

Allowing his customers to put together mixed cases of single bottles or cans, Tom now works with producers of the best alcohol-free beverages all round the world, stocking over 450 different drinks.

A keen sports fan, Tom has spent 15 years playing in goal for Shepton Mallet Hockey Club, captaining the first team to four successive promotions!  A winner for him at this year’s competition would be to find ‘an AF zingy sour beer…a real cheek sucker!’
