Yasmin Spark is a six years sober non-alc cocktail enthusiast. She runs her own non-alc-only mobile bar company - Align Events - which funds research and support for those suffering from alcohol misuse and dependency.

Her passions in life include creating beneficial bespoke cocktails, shrub-making, K-dramas and British Afro-Futurist fiction. Plus, of course, introducing people to the exciting world of non-alc beverages!

‘I’m most looking forward to judging the champagne/sparkling options,’ she says. ‘The sparkly stuff is possibly the most celebratory of drinking options and I’m always on the hunt for new products to give as gifts to friends or whip out at a dinner party!’
