Emily is the founder of the lifestyle brand and community Sober & Social, empowering and inspiring a hangover-free lifestyle through events and brand partnerships.

Her own passion for alcohol-free drinks began back in 2018 and she is always looking for great new venues or cocktails to showcase the joys of hangover-free living. She has been featured in Vogue, Glamour and Women's Health, and has worked with some of the world's biggest alcohol-free brands to make sure that quality drinks are always at the forefront of her events.

Emily's favourite pastime is playing table tennis, though she also gets excited by AF aperitifs which she thinks have the most complex and unique flavours. 'They're an easy swap when it comes to replacing alcohol for the consumer,' she says.
