Theresa is the cocktails buyer at premium supermarket Marks & Spencer's, where she looks after all the Ready to Drink cocktails - including alcohol-free - and also the no- and low spirits. 

No surprise, perhaps, that spirits is her favourite alcohol-free category, since she is always on the lookout for the latest trends for her customers. So although she's looking forward to trying all of the categories during her spell as a WAFA judge, she says that she is 'particularly interested in the spirits innovation'.

An especially good mojito would doubtless score well with her, since that's her favourite AF cocktail.
